SECTION 3 – SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE TERMS

Our Squarespace templates and digital add-ons (“Products”) are original designs created specifically for the Squarespace platform. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • You are granted a single-user license for use on one Squarespace website only.

  • You may not share, resell, redistribute, or claim any part of our templates or assets as your own.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own Squarespace subscription and domain.

  • Email support is provided for six months post-purchase and includes setup guidance, not extensive technical troubleshooting or third-party integration support.

Templates are sold “as-is” and are guaranteed to be compatible with Squarespace at the time of sale. We are not liable for future changes made by Squarespace that may affect template performance.

All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 5 – COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

All website designs, templates, visuals, and associated materials are the intellectual property of SQSP Agency and are protected under copyright law.

  • You may not copy, resell, or repurpose any part of our designs for commercial use.

  • Demo content, including images and fonts, is for preview only and must be replaced with your own licensed content before publishing your live website.

Violations will be subject to legal enforcement.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of this site and its products is at your own risk.
