SEO foundations — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure (H1–H3), image alt text, URL structure, Google Search Console setup and GA4 — are included in Signature and Growth packages. Essential includes core SEO setup. Standalone SEO work on an existing site can be scoped on request — start with a free website review.

Three packages for three stages of ambition:

• Essential — £1,495 flat. Up to 5 pages, core SEO setup, 2 revision rounds. Built in 2 weeks.
• Signature — from £2,250. Up to 8 pages, full SEO including Search Console and GA4, custom graphics, 4 revision rounds, 3-week build, 30 days post-launch support.
• Growth — from £4,950. Up to 12 pages, strategic SEO with keyword research and schema markup, lead generation system, unlimited revisions, 6-week build, 60 days post-launch support.

Essential suits businesses starting out or those that need a clean, credible Squarespace site without a heavy build. Signature suits established businesses that need stronger brand presentation and a more strategic client journey. Yes. Essential includes 2 revision rounds, Signature includes 4, and Growth includes unlimited revisions within the build period. Every revision round is structured so feedback is clear and changes are efficient.

Yes. Payment plans are available on all packages. The standard arrangement is 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Alternative arrangements can be discussed when you get in touch.

Every project starts with a free website review or a direct enquiry. You share your current site or brief, SQSP Agency reviews it and recommends the clearest route forward. Before any build starts, the project is scoped and quoted individually so you know the price, timeline and deliverables upfront.

Essential builds take approximately 2 weeks. Signature takes 3 weeks. Growth takes around 6 weeks. Timelines depend on scope and how quickly content is provided. Every project is scheduled at the start so you know exactly what to expect and when.

You provide the copy and images. SQSP Agency advises on structure, hierarchy and what to say throughout the project. For Signature and Growth builds, copywriting direction is also included — so you have a clear brief for what each page needs to say before you write it.

A 50% deposit is required to start any project, confirming your start date and locking in the schedule. The remaining 50% is due on completion before the site goes live.

The review covers four areas:

• Mobile and layout — how the site looks and behaves on all screen sizes.
• SEO foundations — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and whether the basics are set up correctly.
• Navigation and flow — whether visitors can find what they need and whether the site guides them clearly.
• First impression — what a new visitor sees, thinks and feels in the first five seconds.

Yes. Completely free and no obligation to proceed. You will receive honest, specific feedback within 1–2 business days — not a generic checklist. The feedback is the same whether or not you go on to work with SQSP Agency.

Squarespace has solid built-in SEO tools, but they need to be configured correctly to make a difference. Key foundations include: unique page titles and meta descriptions for every page, a clean heading structure (H1, H2, H3), descriptive image alt text, a submitted XML sitemap, properly set canonical URLs and Google Search Console verification. Beyond the foundations, keyword targeting, internal linking and structured data markup improve how well search engines understand and surface the site.
