01 The referral
A ten-year client sent him our way — with a very specific brief.
Eddy came to SQSP on Adil’s recommendation — the owner of CityLaundryApp, a client of more than ten years. Eddy runs a dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring business, and tailoring is where he stands out: alterations and repair are his real specialism.
His brief for the website was clear and a little unusual. He didn’t want quiet and corporate — he wanted something fun, vibrant and colourful, a brand that matched his own personality and the character of the local area. Our job was to honour that, and to build it properly: a site that feels like him, and a marketing setup that pushes the alterations work he wanted to grow.
The Website
A brand with personality.
Bright, warm and full of character — a coral-and-navy identity that matches how Eddy is in person and the high street his shop sits on. Free collection & delivery leads, tailoring is promoted hard, and his 20%-off alterations offer runs right across the header.
The Photography
We pointed the camera where he’s a specialist.
Alterations and repair is Eddy’s craft, so that’s where the photography focused — the wall of colour-matched zips, a jacket on the stand mid-fitting, and the hand-basted canvas of a half-made blazer. Shot in his own workshop, so the website and the ads use images that genuinely belong to the business — not stock.



02 The Google Ads
Hyper-local campaigns, built around tailoring.
Nine search campaigns, each tied to a single service and a tight radius around Frimley — mile bands plus the GU4 and GU24 postcodes. Because tailoring was the priority, Alterations & Repair was built to lead, and it draws the most enquiries on the account — while Wedding Dress Cleaning, a premium service at £100–£400 an order, delivers the best return per enquiry.

The brief was tailoring, in a quiet catchment. We set that expectation up front — modest volume, but enquiries at a cost that works — and the account has delivered exactly that, with Alterations leading the way Eddy wanted.

Rahim was very professional throughout the website design process, and I’m very happy with the final result. The website looks beautiful and presents my business well. The Google Ads campaign generated phone calls and helped bring in tailoring enquiries, which was exactly what I wanted to focus on. The area we targeted was quiet, so I understood that traffic would be limited, but I’m still very pleased with the campaign results.
That caveat stays in deliberately. Honest expectation-setting is part of the service — quiet areas produce limited traffic, and we say so before a penny is spent.
