01 The project
A complete overhaul for a Fulham dry cleaner — delivered in 2018.
Lily Wash & Dry Cleaners serves Fulham from 149 Dawes Road — dry cleaning, laundry, wedding dresses, curtains, duvets, and tailoring with next-day turnaround. In 2018 the business needed its dated website completely overhauled: responsive, service-led, and simple enough for customers to find what they needed and get in touch.
The project was delivered by our founder under his previous studio name, Raylight Visuals — the practice that later specialised in Squarespace and became SQSP Agency. Same designer, same standards; only the name has changed.

No campaigns. No retainer. Still 464 visits a month.
Visits
Most websites quietly expire. This one didn’t — because the structure does the work. Every service has its own clearly named section: wedding dress cleaning, curtain cleaning, suits and ties, duvets and pillows, tailoring and repairs. When someone nearby searches for one specific thing, there is one specific place for search engines to send them.
Pair that with a clear address, opening hours, phone numbers and a steady flow of Google reviews — 289 and counting — and the site keeps earning attention year after year. A well-structured website is an asset that compounds, not a cost that expires.
The review, from the year it launched
“Team were fantastic to work with on a complete overhaul and update of our website. His dual perspective on both design and web development was especially useful and we are very pleased with our fantastic new responsive website. Definitely highly recommended!”

This review was left on Google in November 2018 for Raylight Visuals — our founder’s previous studio, and the name this website was delivered under. Raylight Visuals later specialised in Squarespace and became SQSP Agency.
03 The takeaway
The cheapest marketing you’ll ever run is a website that keeps working.
Lily Wash & Dry Cleaners has never needed a paid campaign from us. One well-built website, structured around what customers actually search for, has carried the business online for eight years — a few streets from CityLaundryApp, where the same foundation became the launchpad for a decade-long Google Ads partnership. The order matters: the website comes first, and everything else builds on it.

About this project
The website was designed and built in 2018 by SQSP Agency’s founder, working at the time under his previous studio name, Raylight Visuals. The same designer leads every SQSP Agency project today.
Raylight Visuals was the earlier name of the design practice that became SQSP Agency. Same founder, same standards — the studio later specialised in Squarespace and rebranded. Older reviews and projects under the Raylight Visuals name, including this one, are part of the same body of work.
In the 30 days to 17 July 2026 the site recorded 464 visits, 427 unique visitors and 808 pageviews, with visits up 5% month on month — with no paid advertising behind it. Figures are the client’s own Squarespace analytics.
Because the structure does the work: each service — wedding dress cleaning, curtain cleaning, suits, duvets, tailoring — has its own clearly named section, so the site matches the specific things local people actually search for. Add a clear address, opening hours and a steady flow of Google reviews, and search engines keep finding reasons to show it. A well-structured website is an asset that compounds, not a cost that expires.
Yes. SQSP Agency has worked with dry cleaning and laundry businesses since 2016, covering website design, local SEO and Google Ads. See the CityLaundryApp, Eddy’s Dry Cleaners and Cosmopolitan Dry Cleaners case studies, or the dedicated dry cleaner website design service page.
